This complex shall cater for institutional areas and supporting Infrastructure/facilities such as Conference Halls, Auditoriums, Restaurants, Boarding and Lodging facilities, Exhibition Spaces, IT Park, Library, Visual Art Gallery, Clubs, Swimming Pool, Health Club, Open Air Theatre, wi-fi enabled campus, public facilities such as stairs, lifts, toilets, landscaping, horticulture and water bodies to add pleasing ambience to the complex.
Most of the parking shall be provided in the basements. The complex shall be designed on Green Building concept.
