Who we are

This website, www.aed.co.in, is published by ARCH-EN DESIGN, an Architecture, Engineering and Planning practice with studios at B-1/37, Hauz Khas, New Delhi 110016 and 4/5 Vishal Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow 226010.

What we collect

You can read this website without telling us who you are. It has no sign-up, no enquiry form and no visitor-tracking or advertising tools, and it does not set cookies.

Like any website, our hosting server records basic technical details of each visit, such as the IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. These logs are kept by our hosting provider for security and to keep the site running, and are not used to identify visitors.

The site's typefaces are served by Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers when a page loads. Google's own privacy policy applies to that connection.

When you contact us

If you write to us by email or call one of our offices, we receive your name, contact details and whatever you choose to tell us. We use this only to reply to you, to discuss a project or, for job applications sent to hr@aed.co.in, to consider your application. We do not sell or share it for marketing.

We keep correspondence for as long as it is needed for that purpose and for our professional and legal records.

Links to other websites

Our pages link to news reports, institutions, LinkedIn and Instagram. Those websites have their own privacy practices, which we do not control.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or erase it, and raise a grievance about how it has been handled. Write to info.lucknow@aed.co.in or info.delhi@aed.co.in and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Changes

If we add an enquiry form or visitor analytics to this website, we will update this notice before doing so.
