Vitta Bhawan is the new Headquarters building for the Finance Department in Lucknow. A G+12 structure, it gathers the department's work into one place, and it is a GRIHA 5-star building.
Workspace for a working department
The office floors are planned for the way a modern department works. Workstations sit alongside collaborative areas where teams can meet and think together. Conference rooms and Auditoriums handle the formal side of the department's business.
Beyond the desks, the building provides a cafeteria and recreational areas. They give staff somewhere to step away from work during the day, which matters to a workplace as much as the offices themselves.
A clean, efficient facade
The Architecture is contemporary, with clean lines. The facade does more than give the building its appearance: energy-efficient glass panels and green spaces are built into it, saving energy and making for a healthier place to work.
In the city
Vitta Bhawan sits in a busy part of Lucknow with easy access to transport and nearby amenities, which makes it simple to reach for staff and visitors alike. It takes its place on the city's skyline as a working building, designed for the people inside it.
