About the project
For the Estate Department of the Government of Uttar Pradesh, ARCH-EN DESIGN designed a multi-storeyed block of residences for ministers near Butler Palace, in the heart of Lucknow, among the earliest high-rise government housing in the city.
Fourteen storeys
The tower rises fourteen storeys, its flats opening onto deep curved balconies that give each home shade and a view, and give the tower its stepped, layered outline. A glazed slot runs up the face of the building, marking the lift lobby, and the entrance is set in a landscaped forecourt.
