About the project
The affordable housing scheme in Sector 22D, Greater Noida, provides 5,100 homes for the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority, with about 1,80,000 m² of building on a 25-acre site.
The homes are in G+3 blocks of ground and three upper floors, which keeps the buildings low while still Housing a large number of families. The scheme was designed on green-building principles and is pre-certified under IGBC Green Homes.
