About the project
Group Housing at Omicron 1, Greater Noida, provides 1,326 homes for the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority. The flats are 2 BHK and deluxe 2 BHK units, arranged in towers rising to a basement, ground and 20 upper floors, about 1,35,000 m² in all.
Fitting this many homes on a 3-acre site meant building upwards. ARCH-EN DESIGN was appointed in 2013 as Architectural and Engineering consultant, and the scheme was completed in March 2020.
