About the project
The complex at Chhindwara, Madhya Pradesh, is planned on 125 acres for MP PWD. Its plan keeps administrative and residential areas apart so that each has clear, uncomplicated movement, and it aims to give inmates dignity, privacy, natural light and open space.
The Campus is meant to support rehabilitation. Workshops, skill-training studios, outdoor recreation and green courtyards are woven into each residential cluster, supporting vocational training, health and well-being. The Planning responds to climate with daylight and passive ventilation, and materials were chosen to last and to need little maintenance.
