A fourteen-storey residential tower at Danapur, Patna, in white, with wings that step back under gabled pavilions and planted terraces, holding 220 apartments, a club house, pool and gardens.
About the project
Venus Paradise is a residential development at Danapur in Patna for Venus Star Construction. On a plot of about 7,800 square metres, a tower of basement, ground and 14 floors, 45.6 metres high, holds 220 apartments of two, three and four bedrooms.
A white tower in steps
The building is white and classical in manner. Its wings step back as they rise, each crowned by a gabled pavilion, and the setbacks become planted terraces for the penthouses at the top. Balconies with balustrades run across every face.
A club and gardens
Residents share a club house with a swimming pool, a yoga deck and a gymnasium, and a jogging track runs through the grounds. The gardens are planned as a formal garden alongside more natural landscape.
The building is complete and ready for occupation.
