Venus Empire

Venus Empire is a residential development at Danapur in Patna for Venus Star Construction. On a plot of about 9,600 square metres it places a single tower of two basements, ground and 20 floors, 65 metres high, with 358 apartments of two, three and four bedrooms for close to 2,000 residents.

A tall tower on a small plot

With this many homes on so little land, the building rises rather than spreads. The tower is drawn as linked wings, and its long faces are divided into vertical bays, with tall arched panels of jaali running up the building between the balconies. The plans follow Vaastu principles.

Shared life on the roof

The common rooms that a Housing scheme usually spreads across its grounds are lifted to the top. A sky deck on the top floor holds the club house, gymnasium, roof-top swimming pool, yoga deck and jogging track, joined by a skywalk and lined with palms along the roof edge. Terrace penthouses share the crown of the building.

Cars below, gardens at ground

Parking for more than 400 cars sits in two basement levels and an open court, which leaves the ground around the tower for landscape and the arrival Court.

The project is complete and ready for occupation.
