The Lucknow Metro Rail Corporation staff colony provides homes for the officers and staff of Lucknow Metro Phase 1: about 25,000 m² of Housing on a 4.5-acre site.
Terracotta towers
The Housing rises in towers above stilt parking. Walls in deep terracotta red are punctuated by projecting white window frames, while white bands of balconies and jaali panels mark the living spaces. Narrow gaps between the towers bring light and air to the homes on every side.
