The zoning of the site is intuitive—residences are arranged around a central park and landscaped open space, promoting a strong community feel while maintaining individuality. A dedicated children's play area, screened by thick plantations, further add to the social and spiritual dimensions of the enclave.

From the dedicated main gateway to the integrated security corridor running along the outer edge, the entire layout is built for controlled access and 24x7 monitoring.
