A postgraduate Hostel for the Management Development Institute in Gurugram, designed through an Architectural competition, with twin-occupancy rooms over shared ground-floor amenities and a facade drawn from the existing Campus.
About the project
The Management Development Institute held an Architectural competition for a new postgraduate Hostel on its Campus in Gurugram. The Hostel is planned as twin-occupancy rooms, with the common amenities gathered on the ground floor.
The exterior takes its cue from the buildings already on the Campus, so the new block sits with its neighbours rather than standing apart from them. It was completed in 2020, with ARCH-EN DESIGN as Architectural and Engineering consultant.
