A 150-bed private super-speciality Hospital in Muzaffarnagar, set on eight levels near the Delhi to Dehradun expressway and planned to combine clinical care with the comfort of a hotel.
About the project
Evan Super Speciality Hospital and Research Centre stands on a 2-acre site about 1 km from the expressway linking Delhi-NCR to Dehradun, and five minutes from the centre of Muzaffarnagar. The building rises over eight levels, a basement and seven floors, and was designed as a green building.
The brief joined a Hospital to a hotel. Patient rooms are graded like hotel accommodation, from deluxe and super deluxe rooms to full suites. Alongside them sit the clinical services: a trauma and emergency unit open around the clock, a 36-bed critical care unit and an ambulance service for patient transport.
